Returns & Final Sale Policy

At Pink Lavender Lingerie, we proudly stand behind every piece we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of fragrance, deodorant, smoke, or pet hair
• In original condition with tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 2–3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is $5 per order.
Returns totaling $99 or more qualify for complimentary return shipping.

In-Home & Mobile Fitting Purchases

Due to the personalized nature of our in-home and mobile fitting services, all returns must meet the same condition standards listed above. Items purchased during fittings are eligible for return within 15 days unless marked Final Sale or Final Edit.

Service fees for travel, events, or private fittings are non-refundable.

Appointment Cancellations

Fittings are free, and there is no cancellation fee. We do ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule — every appointment means inventory hand-picked and packed for you, and a route planned around your address.

Final Sale & Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and inventory control reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Panties
• Shapewear
• Clearance merchandise
• Final Sale items
• Final Edit merchandise
• Items purchased with a promotional discount of 25% or more

These items are considered final sale at the time of purchase.

We ship the next business day via USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping on orders over $99.

How to Care for Your Lingerie

• Hand wash with a gentle detergent or hand soap. We recommend Soak. We don't recommend Woolite, as it can compromise the elasticity.
• We don't recommend it, but if you must use a washing machine, please use a lingerie bag or something similar on the delicate cycle. Make sure the hooks are fastened so your bras don't tangle.
• To prolong the life of your lingerie, place it on a drying rack or lay it flat after washing. Never put your bras in the dryer.
